I liked exceptionally nice and marvellous location of this property.

The room with a jacuzzi tub.

Location near all the conveniences. Also, near I-75. The rooms with king bed. Variety of goodies for breakfast.

Well lit and nice hotel in a pretty nice area next to all the conveniences in town. Well-appointed room with king bed, and perfect location. A wide array of options for breakfast in the bar...

Dirty bathroom.

It was quite. Staff was friendly. Rooms did not smell.

Outside smoking by others. Cigarette butts. Stain on cover. Dirty windows.

I was happily surprised by the room we got for the cost.

I was greeted warmly and check-in was easy. My King Room was not only cozy but had a recently updated vibe was nice. The breakfast spread was good, with fresh options that powered me up for my adventures ahead.

We booked a room here for both our drive to and from Florida and we found somewhere else to stay on the way home after our first night. Our kids were excited to stay at a hotel and once we got there I didn't want them to touch anything.

I found the hotel clean and well-decorated. The staff were friendly and helpful. I particularly appreciated the ease of access to the lobby and my room as a senior traveler.

Add more comfortable seating in common areas.

Convenience to everything. Nice, clean rooms, saltwater pool, full hot breakfast, affordable prices.

Nothing at all!!

The hotel grounds were very nice, the plasma television was nice as well. However, It appears that the extra money that was spent on the televisions should have instead been used to tidy the sleeping quarters. The ceiling corners had what look to be mold on them, the bathtub didn't look quite clean enough, the couch in the suite was extremely gross with dirt, paint was chipping on half wall that divides the livingroom room from the bedroom, the mirror by the sink look as if bubble gum was used to secure the mirror to the wall. We normally stay at a grade above a three star but we wanted a quick trip to have a moment to ourselves for my fiance birthday. We originally were going to stay for three days but immediately changed our departure for the next nite. We wanted to cancel but we arrived after 4pm.

The quality inn had a smooth check-in, and the staff was really friendly. Our king room was surprisingly updated with new decor. We loved having a seasonal outdoor pool, even though it wasn't operational . The location was convenient for our travels.

Very friendly front desk person when I checked in. Size of room. Proximity to restaurants and I-75.

I was quoted one price but was charged $10 extra for my pet. At the time I booked it, I was not quoted a pet charge in that the room I was assigned was for people traveling with pets. I want to book the same Quality Inn and Suites Macon but want to get the price I was quoted.
